New Concord Firemans Festival 2025. Friday night will include the band hb7 at 7 pm and new concord’s beautiful fireworks at 10 pm. The annual new concord fireman’s festival will take place on a smaller scale this year because of the coronavirus pandemic that is resurging throughout much of the united states.
